Registration Guidelines

  • Participants must promptly notify us of their payments upon registration.
  • After completing registration, promptly email a scanned copy of the registration fee receipt or transaction proof.
  • No paper modifications will be accepted after the final submission date.
  • Each registration permits one author or co-author.
  • For late registrations, contact the coordinator promptly.
  • Download the Registration Form post-payment.

Deliverables

  • Participants will receive a Handbook, Conference Kit (Congress Bag, Final Program in print), Conference proceedings, Abstracts on USB Key, Conference Lanyard, Notepads & Pen, Certificate of Presentation, and Certificate of Attendance.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Refunds follow this schedule:

  • 60 days before the conference: 60% refundable
  • 30-60 days before the conference: 40% refundable
  • No refunds one month before the conference.
Refund policy
  • Transfer registration fees to friends or colleagues for their participation.
  • Certification goes to the attending person.
  • Transfer registration to another organization event.
  • Refund fees processed 2-4 weeks post-conference, excluding transaction charges.
Visa Information
  • IFERP won't directly contact embassies or consulates for visas.
  • Apply for a Business Visa only.
  • Visa issues aren't considered in the cancellation policy, including application failures.
